TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Patriot Rewards is an incentive program offered by Turning Point USA (TPUSA) for chartered and verified TPUSA Students college and high school chapters. For purposes of these rules and regulations (hereinafter “program rules” or “rules”), the terms “Turning Point USA®”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Turning Point USA, and the term “the program” refers to Patriot Rewards and/or Legacy Chapters.

The terms “chapter exec. board members”, ”you”, and “your” apply to you (as in chapter leaders) and your chapter’s exec. board as participants of Patriot Rewards.

TPUSA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and/or program rules at any time without notice. Turning Point USA reserves the right to end the program within months’ notice. By enrolling and/or participating in Patriot Rewards, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

CHAPTER EXECUTIVES

A chapter executive is to be defined as a President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer of a chaptered and verified TPUSA students chapter. Chapter executives in the Patriot Rewards program will be granted by Turning Point USA and is for those in a chartered TPUSA high school or college chapter by chartering and verifying a TPUSA chapter.

All reward redemption in the Patriot Rewards program is subject to review and adjustment by Turning Point USA, at any time and without notice to the chapter to ensure compliance with applicable rules.

EARNING LEGACY CHAPTER REWARDS

Rewards can be earned from reporting on qualifying Legacy Chapter activities. The number of rewards earned for each chapter is determined after completing the corresponding redemption form. Turning Point USA reserves the right to accept or deny a redemption request based on a chapter’s charter and verification status.

RECEIVING PATRIOT AND LEGACY REWARDS

Chapters that are chosen to be rewarded, will be notified via email to redeem a reward. Rewards must be chosen within 7 days of receiving access to the redemption form. Failure to complete the redemption form could void the reward offer. Rewards are distributed September-November and February-April.

Legacy Chapter rewards can be redeemed for any of the qualifying rewards listed within the Legacy Builder tier. Charter or verification status required to redeem rewards may vary based on demand, reward availability, changes to reward value, and reward redemption rate.

Rewards and selection of rewards are subject to change at any time until a reward redemption is confirmed. Additionally, Patriot Rewards cannot be redeemed for rewards between June 1st and July 31st. However, Legacy Chapters rewards may be redeemed anytime.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM RULES AND REGULATIONS

Turning Point USA may offer “bonus” promotional rewards at any given time. At no time may a chapter sell, purchase, redeem, broker, or barter its rewards. Rewards have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. In addition, such actions may result in the termination and removal of the chapter’s ability to participate in Patriot Rewards.

By enrolling in the Patriot Rewards program you acknowledge that: the program is not mandatory in order to charter a Turning Point USA chapter.

Any and all matters arising out of or relating to the Patriot Rewards program rules and/or the subject matter hereof shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, to the extent not preempted by Federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles, regardless of the legal theory upon which such matter is asserted.

The program rules and the terms and conditions on tpusastudents.com/patriotrewards, represent the entire, integrated agreement between the parties relating to the program, and shall supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements pertaining thereto, either oral or written. No other covenants, warranties, undertakings or understandings may be implied, in law or in equity.
